Treats (A New Camera, Starbucks and Peanut Butter Pie MMM!)

The day before Christmas, UPS dropped this box off and I got to open it a day early. ;)

The Mr. bought me a new camera!  My review? So far I LOVE it.  There will still be a lot of photos on my blog that were taken with my old camera since I am blogging in a non-chronological order, but the photos below were taken with the G15.

Christmas morning! We had a nice breakfast, and then went to Starbucks believe it or not. :)  I couldn't think of anything I would rather do on such a quiet peaceful day. ;)  I love their holiday drinks!!!

I had fun playing with my new camera while The Mr. read the paper, Little Mr. played Angry Birds and Little Brother chilled in his car seat.

This is a setting on the camera where you can choose the color you want to keep, and every other color is recorded in black and white.

Concentration (look at those lashes.)

I was impressed that an image like this came from a point and shoot camera.  I think I'm going to have a lot of fun with it!

A setting on the camera made this photo look a little vintage.  It is a lot of fun playing with the settings on this camera and they are generally easy to access.  I was sitting in the car with Little Brother staying warm while The Mr. and Little Mr. played at the playground at Neptune park.  I have about 20 photos of "Blue Guy" now (Little Mr. got him this day) but now I am a lot more familiar with what the camera is capable of.

We decided to have our big meal at dinner time, so that the boys naps wouldn't be messed up.  So at dinner time we had rolled stuffed pork tenderloin with all the fixins, and peanut butter pie for dessert!

MMM, mmm, good!
